Arcon offers a diverse range of compact, robust and portable benchtop units, designed for the needs of the R&D departments. It includes an “all-in-one” unit that combines a mixer/granulator, extruder and spheronizer; variable density kit allowing pellets with different densities to be achieved; a specially designed laboratory mixer for research & development formulations and quality control and a tablet/pellet mini coater and drier.
The Multi Lab is an exceptional machine that combines a mixer/granulator, extruder and spheronizer within one compact unit. It can complete the whole process from powder to pellets in only 30 minutes. Multi Lab saves not only time but also usages of valuable products by operating with small batches between 10g to 100g.
Variable Density Kit enables you to obtain extrudate of variable density, hardness, friability and porosity. By modifying the density of the extrudate you increase the chance of formulation development success. With our Density Kit you can process batches from 100g up to 1.5 kg for clinical trials or production depending on the Extruder used.
Mixer Torque Rheometer will enable you to optimize your formulation by providing accurate quantitative data on the characteristics of granulations. This unit will provide you with quantitative and reproducible measurements of the consistency of the wet mass, no matter if it is a simple or complex formulation with different binders and mixing times.
It is also used to analyze samples from different batches of your granulate for quality control.
Tablet & Pellet Мini Coater Drier is a unique unit that allows you to coat from a single tablet (or few grams of pellets) up to 150 tablets (or respectively 60 grams of pellets). It is ideal for your project needs and can work together with the Multi Lab unit for perfect results.
