Arcon offers powder filling equipment which meets the highest requirements in the pharmaceutical industry in terms of quality, accuracy, GMP and reliability. A wide range of containers and products can be filled from sticky, non-free flowing powders, dry suspensions through to free flowing granules.
Depending on the specific application and desired capacity  we offer compact bench top units, semiautomatic or high-speed fully automatic machines and even turnkey filling lines that perform all processes - container unscrambling and cleaning, capping, induction sealing, coding and product inspection.
Our versatile machines can fill various types of products and containers with different fill weights with minimal change over time.  PLC control with colour touch-screen allows you to easily control and adjust all parameters.
All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel.
