Washing & Sterilization

Washing and sterilization are the first steps in the preparation of pharmaceutical containers prior to filling. We supply a series of washing machines and depyrogenation tunnels, which are suitable for GMP compatible washing and sterilization of  vials, ampules, syringes and cartridges. The continuous process technology allows processing of up to 36,000 containers per hour.  The washing machines have been designed for internal and external washing of both glass and plastic containers while the depyrogenation tunnels are ideal for inline sterilization of glass containers.
