Overwrapping

Overwrapping plus the use of the easy-open tear strip facility greatly enhances the appeal of the products by giving the customer the certainty of pack protection. A number of heat sealable materials can be used for the process including polypropylene, paper, PVC, polyethylene and even the new cornstarch-based biodegradable film.
Arcon supplies a wide range of overwrapping machines to suit your requirements, from semi-automatic machines for small batches right up to fully-automatic high speed production packaging. All overwrapping machines produce the same high quality wrap and pack protection for single or bundled products for the food industry.
With the automatic range of overwrapping machines, speeds in excess of 40 products per minute are easily achieved. The highest possible output is 300 products per minute.
